VIP tiers and rakeback
There are ten VIP tiers, from New to EpicStar, with no demotion. From Silver the tier switches on rakeback — up to 10% of every bet on a separate balance — and weekly free spins. The wheel of fortune with its tickets and the monthly BoostUp programme have been withdrawn.
| VIP tiers | 10, from New to EpicStar |
|---|---|
| Demotion | does not happen |
| First threshold | 1 000 USD of turnover to Bronze |
| Rakeback | up to 10% of every bet, from Silver |
| Weekly free spins | from 10 at Silver to 200 at Legendary |
| Personal manager | from Platinum |
| Wheel of fortune and BoostUp | withdrawn |
The rewards programme now rests on a single mechanic: VIP status, counted from the sum of real bets. It raises payout limits and speed, and from Silver adds rakeback and weekly free spins. The wheel of fortune and BoostUp, which used to run alongside it, are gone.
What happened to the wheel of fortune
The wheel and its tickets have been withdrawn. Tickets can no longer be earned, bought or exchanged, and the Wheel of Fortune section no longer hands out spins. Anyone arriving from an older link will find the regular rewards in VIP status instead: rakeback and weekly free spins from Silver.
Ten VIP tiers
Tiers run from New to EpicStar and are counted by accumulated turnover of real bets. There is no demotion: a tier once reached stays even through a long break. No separate cash payment comes with reaching a tier — its value lies in what it brings every week and in faster, larger payouts.
| Status | Turnover | Weekly free spins | Daily payout ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| New | — | — | 1 000 USD |
| Bronze | 1 000 USD | — | 5 000 USD |
| Silver | 10 000 USD | 10 | 10 000 USD |
| Gold | 50 000 USD | 30 | 15 000 USD |
| Platinum | 150 000 USD | 50 | 20 000 USD |
| Diamond | 350 000 USD | 75 | 25 000 USD |
| Star | 1 000 000 USD | 100 + personal bonus | 30 000 USD |
| Mythical | 3 000 000 USD | 150 + personal bonus | 35 000 USD |
| Legendary | 10 000 000 USD | 200 + personal bonus | 50 000 USD |
| EpicStar | 50 000 000 USD | personal bonus | 100 000 USD |
The daily ceiling in the table applies to bank methods; crypto ceilings are higher. From Platinum upwards a personal manager is assigned to the account, and payout speed climbs with the tier — up to 24 hours at New and Bronze, 12 at Silver, instant at Legendary and EpicStar.
Rakeback instead of BoostUp
BoostUp, the monthly programme that reset on the first, has been withdrawn along with its ticket rewards. What replaced the old cashback is rakeback: from Silver, up to 10% of every real-money bet on slots and games goes back to a separate balance, whether the bet won or lost.
The balance is moved to the game account with a button in the account area and carries no wagering. The operator does not state the base the percentage is taken from, so the amount cannot be worked out in advance — the rakeback balance itself is the guide.
Achievements
Achievements are a set of tasks in the account area: bet streaks, trying out parts of the catalogue, completing actions in the profile. Each one shows its own reward in the task itself, and progress does not reset. What else the account area holds and how to enable two-factor authentication is in the text on registration and the account area, and the daily ceilings alongside payout methods in the section on payments and withdrawals.
