Every operation goes through the Cashier section. The account currency is chosen once at registration: roubles, dollars and other currencies are accepted, as are cryptocurrency accounts, so there is no need to convert amounts into dollars by hand. Methods and minimum amounts
The general minimum for a deposit is 10 USD, and the same for a withdrawal. Rouble methods have their own thresholds, which are higher:

Beyond those, the cashier accepts bank transfers and online banking. Withdrawals through SBP and peer-to-peer carry a threshold of 3 000 roubles. A withdrawal uses the same method the deposit came through — standard payment discipline, and not something a request for a different wallet gets around.
Timing and fees
A withdrawal request is processed within twenty-four hours. The platform charges no fee of its own, on deposits or on payouts; cryptocurrency transfers carry the network’s own fee, and its size depends on blockchain load rather than on the casino. The payment agent is Aventum Global Limited, Limassol, Cyprus — that is the company that appears on bank statements.
A separate warning about USDT: the sending network has to match the network of the address issued in the cashier. A transfer sent on a different network will not arrive, and it cannot be recovered by the casino. Check the address and the network immediately before sending rather than relying on details saved earlier.
Payout limits
On the starting tier the frame is: up to 1 000 USD per operation and per day, up to 5 000 USD a week, up to 10 000 USD a month. The daily ceiling grows with loyalty tier — from 1 000 USD at New to 100 000 USD at the top. The calculator below shows the ceiling for a chosen status and how many days a given amount splits into.
Weekly and monthly frames on the starting tier are 5 000 and 10 000 USD; these also grow with status. The exact figures for your own account are shown in the cashier.
Why a request may be delayed
There are few causes and all of them are predictable. First, verification: the security team requests documents, normally before a first payout, and the request waits until that is finished. Second, a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal method. Third, an unwagered credit on the balance: requesting a withdrawal before the conditions are met forfeits the bonus funds and sends the request back for recalculation. Fourth, exceeding a daily or monthly frame, in which case the amount is split into parts.
What speeds things up: a profile filled in ahead of time, the same method in and out, and no active bonuses at the moment of the request.
