Verification: documents, timing and refusals
Documents are requested once, before the first withdrawal request. You need a photo of the document and a selfie with it, sometimes a short video call; review takes from minutes to two business days and is never repeated.

No documents are needed at sign-up — the form is short and the account opens in a couple of minutes. The identity check starts later, before the first withdrawal request, and it catches many people by surprise: the money is already won and the request is sitting still.
What is actually being checked
The point is that three things match: the name on the profile, the name on the document and the owner of the withdrawal details. If any one differs the payout will not go through, whatever the amount. One account per player is allowed; duplicates are blocked along with the balance.
What to prepare in advance
- the full document spread, with no cropped edges and no glare on the number;
- a selfie holding that same document — face and text both readable;
- the profile name exactly as printed, word order included;
- withdrawal details in your own name, not a relative's.
Security sometimes adds a short video call. That is a routine check, not a sign of trouble.

Why submissions are refused
- the profile name does not match the document;
- edges are cropped or the number is unreadable;
- the document has expired;
- the withdrawal method belongs to someone else.
The first three are fixed by uploading again. The fourth is not: a payout to another person's details is closed outright.
How to make it quicker
A daylight phone photo passes more often than a scan: scans tend to blow out the holograms and make the number unreadable. Bring the profile name in line with the document before submitting — editing profile data can itself need confirmation and adds a day.
What a completed check gives you
Verification happens once and does not affect later payouts. It also closes a common way to lose money: from a verified account a withdrawal to someone else's details is impossible, even if a stranger gets into the profile. Two-factor sign-in is worth enabling too — the code comes from Google Authenticator and is set up in the profile.
What you see in the account
Each uploaded document shows its own status: accepted, under review, or refused with a reason. No separate email is needed — the state updates itself, and a completion notice goes to the address given at registration.
What happens to the data
Documents travel over an encrypted connection and are used only to confirm identity. Storage requirements are set by the licence — issued by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, number ALSI-202409003-Fll — and the presence of a regulator is what separates this procedure from a site asking for documents without one.
