In short

This site is informational: it opens no accounts, takes no payments and requests no personal data. What is collected is server logs, a language cookie and anonymised statistics.

This site is an informational review of Epicstar casino. It is not the operator: it opens no accounts, takes no bets and no payments, and files no withdrawal requests. There is no registration form here, so the site does not ask for and cannot obtain a name, an address, documents or payment details. What is collected anyway is set out below.

What is collected automatically

Like any web server, our hosting records technical details of a request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the response code, browser and operating system type, and the address of the previous page. Those records serve two purposes — confirming the site is reachable and returning pages correctly, and diagnosing failures. No separate visitor profile is assembled from them, and they are not linked to a visitor as a person.

CategoryPurpose
Server logsavailability and error diagnosis
Preference cookiesremembering the chosen language
Anonymised statisticswhich pages are read, from which devices

A cookie is a small file a site stores in the browser. Here they serve two roles: a technical one, remembering the chosen interface language, and a statistical one, counting visits without linking them to a person. The site sets no advertising or cross-site profiling identifiers.

Refusal is complete and needs no involvement from us — cookie control lives in browser settings, and already-stored files are deleted there as well. Private browsing mode achieves the same for the duration of a session. The only consequence of refusing is that the language has to be chosen on each visit; nothing about access to the material changes.

External links

Some links lead to the operator’s site and to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, nor for what data they collect: following a link places a visitor under that site’s own policy. It is worth reading that policy on the resource itself rather than relying on our description.

What data the operator requests

That is not our side, but the order is useful to know. At registration the operator asks for an email address or a phone number; with a Google login, for the Google account details. Before a first payout the security team requests a photograph of a document and a selfie holding it, and sometimes a video call: this is a mandatory procedure confirming identity and age. Payment details are processed on the payment agent’s side — Aventum Global Limited, Limassol, Cyprus. Data travels over a secure SSL connection.

Changing or deleting data held by the operator is possible only through its support team — we do not hold that data and have no access to it. The verification procedure is set out in detail in the section on registration and the account area, and payment processing in the text on payments and withdrawals.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the material. Questions about this text are accepted through the operator’s contact form; questions about account data are handled only by its support team.
