Responsible gaming
Deposit limits by day, week and month, a session time limit and temporary self-exclusion are available; closing a profile entirely is handled by support. Restrictions work when they are set in advance.
| Age | 18 and over |

| Deposit limits | by day, week and month |
| Session limit | ends on a timer |
| Self-exclusion | temporary login block |
| Closing a profile | through support |
| Support | round the clock, chat and email |
Gambling is a paid form of entertainment with a negative expected value, not a source of income. That is not fine print but a description of the mechanics: the share the machine keeps for the house is written into the rules of the game and works independently of skill, time of day or bet size. The only things that can be controlled are the size and the length of your own participation. Play is permitted from the age of eighteen.
Which restrictions are available
The operator provides four tools, and every one of them is switched on by the player:
- deposit limits by day, week and month - a ceiling on top-ups for the period;
- a session time limit - the session ends on a timer;
- temporary self-exclusion - a pause during which login is closed;
- closing the profile entirely - arranged through support.
Their practical logic differs. A deposit limit caps losses, a session limit caps time and fatigue, and self-exclusion breaks the habit of coming back at all. The first two are best set in advance, with a clear head: a restriction put in place before a session works, whereas a decision to stop taken in the middle of a losing run usually does not hold.
Signs it is time to stop
None of the points below is a diagnosis, but each is a reason to switch on a restriction today rather than eventually:
- topping up with money that was set aside for something else;
- trying to win back a loss by raising the bet;
- playing as a way out of anxiety, boredom or conflict;
- hiding how long or how much you played from people close to you;
- borrowed money in play, including instalments and credit limits;
- irritation when something interrupts a session.
What does not work
It is worth being explicit about what does not exist, because the internet offers plenty of it. There are no working systems, no signals and no programs that identify the moment of a payout: the result of each spin is independent of the ones before it, and no sequence of bets changes the underlying mathematics. There are no hot or cold machines. RTP describes an average over a very large sample and promises nothing about a single session, as covered in the section on slots and volatility. Chasing a loss does not even out the result; it only empties the bankroll faster.
Where to turn
The first address is the operator’s support team: the round-the-clock chat sets up limits, self-exclusion and profile closure. If restrictions are not enough, the next step is a specialist non-profit organisation offering free and anonymous advice: GamCare, Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous. Current contact details are published on their own sites — we deliberately do not reproduce numbers here, because they change, and a stale contact in that situation is worse than none.
This site is an informational review, not a helpline and not the operator: it takes no bets, no payments and no requests. A conversation with a doctor or a psychologist, where dependency is suspected, is worth more than any text on the internet, this one included. How the account security settings work is described in the section on registration and the account area.
