Wheel of fortune, VIP tiers and BoostUp

The rewards programme is built from three independent mechanics. The wheel of fortune hands out prizes for tickets, VIP status raises limits and lowers cashback wagering, and BoostUp grants tickets and an add-on for turnover inside a month. They are counted separately but all feed on the same thing: the sum of real bets.

The wheel of fortune

A spin is available every thirty seconds, around the clock. It is launched by a ticket, and tickets come from achievements and from BoostUp levels in five grades — the higher the grade, the heavier the prize set on the wheel. Tickets cannot be bought, for money or for points, so the only route to spins is completing tasks and building turnover. Ten VIP tiers

Tiers run from New to EpicStar and are counted by accumulated turnover of real bets. There is no demotion: a tier once reached stays even through a long break. Arriving at each next tier pays a one-off reward, and alongside it the daily payout ceiling rises and cashback wagering falls.

The first threshold is known exactly: the route from New to Bronze closes at 1 000 USD of turnover. Later thresholds are not published by the operator — the panel shows current status, next status, reward and a progress bar, so that bar is what you navigate by rather than a calculation. From Platinum upwards a personal manager is attached to the account.

The most underrated column in that table is the right-hand one. A 500 USD refund at Bronze requires 5 000 USD of turnover; at Legendary it requires 500 USD; at the top tier it requires nothing. That, rather than the one-off arrival reward, is what makes the tiers genuinely different, and the difference can be measured with the calculator in the section on bonuses and wagering.

Seven BoostUp levels

BoostUp is a short cycle sitting on top of VIP. It counts turnover over a calendar month, resets on the first along with a refresh of the rewards, and only the current level counts. The rewards here are wheel tickets of various grades rather than money or free spins; the cashback add-on is exactly one per cent and appears only at the second and third levels.

All seven thresholds are published, so the arithmetic here is exact: the calculator below shows the level reached and the turnover still needed for the next one.

Achievements

Achievements are the second source of tickets alongside BoostUp. They are a set of tasks in the account area: bet streaks, trying out parts of the catalogue, completing actions in the profile. Progress is visible in the Achievements section and, unlike BoostUp, it does not reset.
